Getting started
Welcome to BiVelio. This guide will help you set up your account, create your workspace and start managing your operations in under 10 minutes.
BiVelio offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card required to get started.
Quick start process
Create your account
Go to app.bivelio.com and sign up with your corporate email. You will receive a verification email to activate your account. BiVelio uses secure authentication with PKCE flow — your password is never transmitted in plain text.
Configure your workspace
After verifying your email, you will be guided through the initial workspace setup: organization name, industry, time zone and language preferences. Each workspace is a completely isolated environment with its own database and configuration.
Invite your team
From the Settings section, you can invite administrators and operators. Each plan includes a base number of licenses and you can add additional packs as needed.
Connect your channels
Set up your communication channels: connect your WhatsApp Business account, link your corporate email via Gmail/Outlook, and activate Telegram or WebChat as needed.
Start working
Your dashboard will automatically populate with relevant KPIs. Create your first case, set up a workflow, or let the AI agents start processing your incoming communications.

What the free trial includes
During the 14-day trial, you have full access to:
- All functional modules (Dashboard, CRM, Cases, ChannelHub, Calendar, etc.)
- Visual workflow designer with all node types
- Event-driven automation engine
- Pre-built AI agents from the marketplace
- 26 MCP integrations available
- Full security (encryption, RLS, multi-tenant isolation)
When the trial ends, your workspace and data are preserved for an additional 30 days. You can activate a paid plan at any time to continue without interruption.
