The BiVelio registration process is designed to be fast and secure. In under 3 minutes your account will be active and ready to configure your workspace.
Registration process
Go to the registration page
Visit app.bivelio.com and click Create account. You can register using your corporate email or through social authentication (Google).
Enter your details
Complete the registration form with:
- Full name — how it will appear on the platform
- Corporate email — this will be your primary identifier
- Password — minimum 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter and one number
We recommend using your corporate email to make it easier to manage teams and permissions within your organization.
Verify your email
You will receive a verification email in your inbox. Click the link to confirm your account. The link expires in 24 hours.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new one from the login page.
Access your account
Once verified, log in with your credentials. You will be automatically redirected to the workspace configuration wizard.
Registration security
BiVelio implements multiple security layers during the registration process:

Account types
When you register, you automatically get the Administrator role for your workspace. From there you can invite other members with different access levels:
- Administrator — full access to configuration, billing and team management
- Operator — access to assigned functional modules, without the ability to administer the workspace
Each plan includes a base number of administrators and operators. Check the Plans & Pricing section for details on each license.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my email after registration? Yes. From Profile Settings you can update your email, after verifying the new address.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial? No. The 14-day trial is completely free and does not require payment information.
Can I have multiple accounts? Each email can be associated with a single workspace as an administrator, but you can be invited as an operator in other workspaces.
