Configure workspace

A workspace in BiVelio is your organization’s private environment. It contains all your data, configurations, integrations and team members. Each workspace is completely isolated at the database level thanks to the multi-tenant system with Row Level Security (RLS).

Initial configuration

Organization details

When creating your workspace, fill in the basic information:

  • Organization name — how it will appear on the platform and in communications
  • Industry — to adapt templates and recommended configurations
  • Time zone — for SLAs, calendar and automations
  • Preferred language — Spanish by default, with support for Catalan and English

Customize your branding

Configure the visual identity of your workspace:

  • Organization logo — will appear in the sidebar, emails and generated documents
  • Corporate colors — visual theme customization for the application
  • Email signature — template for outgoing communications

Configure active modules

BiVelio offers modules you can activate as needed. By default, the main modules are enabled:

  • Dashboard and KPIs
  • CRM (Contacts and Companies)
  • Cases
  • ChannelHub (Multichannel inbox)
  • Calendar

Additional modules like Billing, Advanced AI Agents or Complex Workflows can be activated at any time.

Invite your team

From Settings > Team, invite your organization’s members:

  1. Enter the member’s email
  2. Assign a role (Administrator or Operator)
  3. The invitee will receive an email with a direct access link

Changes to workspace configuration are applied immediately for all team members.

Workspace structure

Each workspace contains the following isolated elements:

Member management

Available roles

OperatorAccess to functional modules, without the ability to administer the workspace or billing

Licenses and packs

Each plan includes a base number of licenses. To expand the team:

  • Additional administrators — added individually
  • Additional operators — added in packs of 5 operators

Advanced settings

Notifications

Configure which events generate notifications and through which channel:

  • In-app notifications (always active)
  • Email notifications (configurable by event type)
  • Webhooks (for custom integrations)

Time zone and calendar

The workspace time zone affects:

  • SLA calculation for cases
  • Automation scheduling
  • Calendar display
  • Timestamps in the activity history

Data and privacy

From Settings you can:

  • Export all your workspace data (JSON/CSV format)
  • Request complete deletion of the workspace and associated data
  • Review the access log and security activity

Workspace deletion is irreversible. All data, integrations and configurations will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
