Activating a marketplace agent
- Go to AI Agents from the sidebar
- Click on Marketplace
- Select the template you want to activate
- Review and customize the system prompt if needed
- Configure the events and activation conditions
- Click Activate agent
The agent becomes operational immediately. You can pause, edit or deactivate it at any time from the Agents section.
Customizing templates
Each marketplace template is a starting point you can customize:
System prompt
The system prompt defines the agent’s behavior. You can:
- Use the pre-configured prompt as-is
- Modify it to fit your industry or communication style
- Use the AI prompt generator to create a new one from brief instructions
Events and conditions
Define exactly when the agent activates:
- Select subscribed events (message received, case created, etc.)
- Add filter conditions (channel, priority, schedule, etc.)
- Configure exclusions (do not activate for certain contacts or topics)
Permitted actions
Control what the agent can do:
- Reply to messages
- Create or update cases
- Assign to operators
- Generate notifications
- Invoke MCP integrations
Creating agents from scratch
If none of the templates cover your use case, you can create custom agents:
- Click Create agent
- Select the type (autonomous or invocable)
- Write the system prompt (or use the AI generator)
- Configure events, conditions and actions
- Test with a sample event
- Activate when you are satisfied with the behavior
