How modules connect
BiVelio’s architecture is designed so that modules work together natively:
- An incoming message in ChannelHub can automatically create a case and assign it to the right operator
- A case can trigger a workflow that includes approvals, forms and automatic notifications
- An AI agent can analyze attached documents via OCR and extract structured data into the CRM
- When a case is closed, an invoice can be automatically generated and sent to the client
- The dashboard reflects real-time metrics from all active modules
