How modules connect

BiVelio’s architecture is designed so that modules work together natively:

  • An incoming message in ChannelHub can automatically create a case and assign it to the right operator
  • A case can trigger a workflow that includes approvals, forms and automatic notifications
  • An AI agent can analyze attached documents via OCR and extract structured data into the CRM
  • When a case is closed, an invoice can be automatically generated and sent to the client
  • The dashboard reflects real-time metrics from all active modules
