Calendar
BiVelio’s Calendar module offers event and appointment management with multiple views and bidirectional synchronization with Google Calendar. AI agents can consult the agenda to make informed decisions about availability.

Event types

Google Calendar sync
BiVelio implements multi-account synchronization with Google Calendar:
Sync features
- Multi-account — connect multiple Google accounts and synchronize multiple calendars
- Incremental sync — only changes are updated, not everything is downloaded each time
- Automatic cron — periodic synchronization without manual intervention
- Bidirectional events — events created in BiVelio appear in Google and vice versa
Configuration
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar
- Connect your Google account via OAuth
- Select the calendars you want to synchronize
- Set the synchronization frequency (recommended: every 15 minutes)
Synchronization uses incremental tokens from the Google Calendar API to minimize quota consumption and maximize efficiency. Only events modified since the last synchronization are transferred.
Calendar and AI agents
BiVelio’s AI agents can access the calendar to:
- Check availability before proposing appointments to clients
- Schedule meetings automatically based on the agenda
- Detect conflicts and suggest alternatives
- Send reminders ahead of important events
Fernando, the AI executive assistant, actively uses the calendar to manage the leadership team’s agenda.
Notifications
Each event can have configurable notifications:
- In-app notification 15/30/60 minutes before
- Email reminder
- Push notification (when the PWA is available)
