CRM

BiVelio’s CRM manages all your contact and company information, with a visual commercial pipeline for opportunity tracking. Unlike a standalone CRM, it is deeply integrated with cases, communications and billing.

Contacts

Each contact stores complete information about a person:

Contact history

When opening a contact record, a complete timeline is displayed with:

  • All conversations in ChannelHub (regardless of channel)
  • Associated cases (open and closed)
  • Shared documents
  • Issued invoices
  • Calendar events
  • AI agent activity

When a message arrives at ChannelHub from a known number or email, BiVelio automatically associates it with the existing contact. If it is a new sender, you are offered to create the contact with the available data.

Companies

Companies group contacts and centralize corporate information:

  • Legal name and trade name
  • Tax ID — fiscal identification
  • Address — main office and additional addresses
  • Industry
  • Associated contacts — people linked to the company
  • Cases — cases from any contact at that company
  • Billing — history of invoices issued to the company
  • Total value — sum of historical billing and open opportunities

Pipeline stages

Stages are configurable. The default configuration includes:

  1. Initial contact — first approach
  2. Qualification — opportunity evaluation
  3. Proposal — offer sent to the prospect
  4. Negotiation — terms adjustment
  5. Closed won — sale completed
  6. Closed lost — opportunity discarded

Pipeline Kanban view

Visual board with draggable cards between stages. Each card shows:

  • Contact and company name
  • Estimated opportunity value
  • Creation date and time in current stage
  • Close probability
  • Next scheduled step

Pipeline metrics

  • Total value by stage
  • Conversion rate between stages
  • Average sales cycle speed
  • Revenue forecast by period
  • Opportunities at risk (no recent activity)

Import and export

  • Import contacts and companies from CSV/Excel
  • Export data to CSV for external analysis
  • Bidirectional sync with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce via MCP)

Integration with other modules

The CRM is not a silo: every contact and company is connected to the rest of the platform. A change in a contact record is instantly reflected in cases, ChannelHub, calendar and billing.
