Dashboard & KPIs
The BiVelio Dashboard is the command center of your operation. It provides a real-time executive overview of all relevant metrics in your workspace, with interactive charts and automatically updated data.
Overview
When you access BiVelio, the Dashboard immediately shows you the status of your operation:
- Active cases — total number, distribution by status and priority
- Unanswered messages — pending attention queue across all channels
- SLAs at risk — cases approaching their deadline
- Recent activity — latest team actions and system events
- Sales pipeline — total opportunity value by stage
KPI cards
KPI cards provide instant metrics with trend indicators:
| KPI | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Open cases | Total active cases, with delta compared to the previous period |
| Average response time | First response speed in ChannelHub |
| SLA compliance | Percentage of cases closed within the defined SLA |
| Processed messages | Volume of communications managed by channel |
| Period billing | Total amount billed in the current month/quarter |
| Active AI agents | Number of active agents and events processed |
Each card shows a visual trend indicator (positive, negative or stable) comparing with the previous period.
Interactive charts
The Dashboard includes dynamic charts that update in real time:
Case distribution
Donut chart showing cases grouped by status (open, in progress, pending, closed) with the ability to filter by period, priority or assignment.
Volume by channel
Bar chart comparing the volume of incoming communications by channel (WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, WebChat) over time.
Team performance
Individual and team performance view: cases managed, response times and SLA compliance by operator.
Sales pipeline
Visual sales pipeline funnel with monetary value by stage and conversion between phases.
Filters and periods
All Dashboard data can be filtered by:
- Time period — today, this week, this month, quarter, year or custom range
- Operator — view metrics for a specific team member
- Channel — filter by communication channel
- Priority — filter cases by urgency level
The Dashboard updates automatically every 30 seconds. Data reflects the current state of the workspace without needing to reload the page.
Permissions
- Administrators see global workspace metrics, including data from all operators
- Operators see their own metrics and those of cases assigned to them
The Dashboard respects the workspace permission system: no operator can access data from cases or communications that have not been assigned to them.
